This is certainly a big-bodied rose, low in acidity, with sub-threshold alcohol supporting the dense fruit. I suspect that a light touch of RS tops off the fruitiness and further rounds out the mouthfeel. <span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The grapes behind this pink wine are 40% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 15% Cinsault and a bit of Carignan and Mourvedre. The domaine has 40 hectares of vineyards, 7 of which are in Tavel.
