In the mouth you&#8217;ll find lemon with a sense of both its juice and pith. The wine is soft, clean and light with a bit of petillance and moderate acidity. Produced and bottled by Mason Cellars in Oakville.<\/p>\n<p>Mason has made delightful Sauvignons that we&#8217;ve poured at our events. This sample, given to me just this week, is bottled under Stelvin and just 13% alcohol.
