At Cafe Beaujolais the juice was made into a spritzer with soda water. Throughout the summer we repeated the scene at home, enjoying this at lunch when we desired a sense of wine without the complications. Cut it to the degree you find best, starting at perhaps a 50\/50 combo, as the juice is quite sweet &#8211; deliciously so.
