The light body and soft texture make it drinkable immediately, perfect to imbibe while you&#8217;re warming up the barbecue.<\/p>\n<p>The majority of the fruit was sourced from the Somerston Vineyard, 10 miles east of the Silverado Trail, planted at elevations of 1000 to 2500 feet. The grapes include 32% Zinfandel, 28% Syrah, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 4% Petite Sirah. The wine was aged in new and used oak for 18 months.<\/p>\n<p>Like the white wine reviewed earlier, this is from the people that brought us the Clif Bar.
