Catherine, Pinot Gris 2007<\/strong> This is a another gem from Weinbach.\u00a0 In the nose there are candied fruits, as in a fresh fruit tart glazed with a layer of sweetness while at the same time there is a minerality adding complexity. In the mouth, there are peaches and oranges, with a moderate touch of residual sugar, making for a rich wine that isn&#8217;t cloying. The bright acidity shines and the flavor carries for a long time &#8211; brilliant.
