We learned about the tremendous commitment the Lange family has made to sustainability.\u00a0 And on top of that, they&#8217;re making some awesome wines like the one described below. Full disclosure &#8211; Joe and I both went to Uni Adelaide so there is a connection but honestly, when you take the time to visit, you&#8217;ll see why I&#8217;m raving.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3826\" title=\"langetwins-viognier\" src=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/langetwins-viognier-108x300.jpg\" alt=\"langetwins-viognier\" width=\"55\" height=\"154\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LangeTwins, Clarksburg, California, Viognier 2008 <\/strong>This wine screams fruit in the nose, with full on peaches and tropicals. In the mouth you experience the unctiousness of Viognier, with soft acidity and a vibrant emphasis on the fruit. The wine was fermented in stainless and aged in French and American oak. Bottled under screwcap for freshness.
