In the mouth the wine is moderately sweet, with moderate viscosity and a nice thread of balancing acidity. This was probably on the crest about 2 years ago and it would be best to drink up any remaining bottles sooner rather than later. The grapes are planted 50\/50, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
