P&amp;B in Lompoc 14.3% $39.95 at Traverso&#8217;s <a title=\"Flying Goat\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flyinggoatcellars.com\" target=\"_blank\">Flying Goat<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Byron, Santa Maria Valley, Nielson Vineyard, Pinot Noir 2005 <\/strong>Dusty and tight; the fruit is quite in the background right now. Aged in French oak for 14 months. GP&amp;B in Santa Maria 14.2% $28 at the winery <a title=\"Byron\" href=\"http:\/\/www.byronwines.com\" target=\"_blank\">Byron<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Roessler, Santa Rita Hills, Sanford &amp; Benedict Vineyard, Pinot Noir 2004<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sweet smells as if from a Port wines and a warm sense of brandied cherries in October. In November there is also a smokiness as well &#8211; very smooth with some richness.
