There&#8217;s also a layer of richness as well, making this wine slippery smooth. Besides the Viognier there&#8217;s a bit of Grenache Blanc, just 4%. The wine was aged sur lie in older French and American barrels and the RS is 4 g\/litre. Bottled under a screw cap for added safety.
