In the mouth, the wine is quite elegant, lighting up every part of the palate with flavor, but not overpowering it. The flavor lingers for a long time &#8211; very nice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-4615\" title=\"Valpolicella\" src=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/Valpolicella-300x161.jpg\" alt=\"Valpolicella\" width=\"210\" height=\"113\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/Valpolicella-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rjwine.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/Valpolicella.jpg 374w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 210px) 100vw, 210px\" \/>We tasted this again on November 16 and it was drinking beautifully and proved to be a class favorite. The grapes are mostly Corvina, sourced from west-facing slopes in the Classico district. They are semi-dried on traditional bamboo racks for 3-4 months. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">Produced &amp; Bottled in S.
