Likewise with this wine in a copper color and an added zip of acidity. The fruit source for this wine is 62% from Sonoma and 38% from Napa. After primary ferment this wine was put in the bottle for its secondary ferment in 2003 and aged for 5 years on the lees. It is wonderful to see this wine bottled under a crown cap as is more common in Australia. P&amp;B in Yountville 13.5% $32.99 at Bottle Barn <a title=\"Chandon\" href=\"http:\/\/www.chandon.com\" target=\"_blank\">Chandon<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Iron Horse, Sonoma County Green Valley, Estate Bottled, Brut, Rose 2003<\/strong> 81% Pinot Noir and 19% Chardonnay. Lots of red fruit and several of the class members swore that this wine smells of pot.  In the mouth there is a sense of strawberry-rhubarb. The wine is fermented in stainless and spends 3 years en tirage.
