The acidity is a hallmark, encasing the cherry fruit along with an elegant mouthfeel.<\/p>\n<p>Tasted again in July 2010, the expression of Pinot is this wine a delight and while one could age it longer it is in a very nice zone of enjoyment right now.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes for this wine were sourced from Les Babilleres, situated between Les Charmes and the N74. Winemaker Alix of the famous De Montille family.
