The mouthfeel is supple. Certainly the structure of Cabernet is there to experience, but the tannins are ripe and velvety, making this is an elegant Cabernet, a pleasure to drink now. The Cabernet was sourced from a ridgetop vineyard above the town of Sonoma and augmented by a bit of Merlot from the family&#8217;s vineyard in the valley. Winemaker David Platt.
