In the mouth, Bill has worked the tannin into submission on this wine, so that it is a feature in the puzzle of texture rather than the dominant note, as one can find in other Dolcetto. There&#8217;s cranberry and cherries and enough acidtity to power this wine a long way down the palate &#8211; very nice and definitely beckoning a bit of roast chicken. In addition to the Dolcetto there is 2% Freisa and 2% Barbera. Winegrowers Betsy and Bill Nachbaur.
