In the mouth, the tannins make a ripe blanket on top of the tart cherry fruit &#8211; the acidity makes this perfect to consider with the next leg of lamb. 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha and 10% Mazuelo and Graciano. The wine is unfiltered and spent 6 months in large casks, 2 years in small oak barrels. and an additional year in bottle.
