This is the lighter side of dessert wine with an RS level that is just above what we might call semi-sweet table wine &#8211; very fresh.\u00a0 The 2007 version had 4.5% Rs and the 2006 was only 4.3% RS.\u00a0 Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, fermented 50\/50 in tank and barrel, then aged a short time in tank with battonage.
