Tonight we taste a wine from grapes sourced a little farther north. This wine is working its way up the curve, with more innings yet to come. It is showing an appropriate greeness that we might associate with those Bordeaux wines smelling of cedar and cigar box. There&#8217;s quite a toastiness and ripe tannins that are still quite apparent.
