Kistler, Sonoma Coast, Kistler Vineyard, Pinot Noir 2006 <\/strong>This is a firmer Pinot that has the balance to age well. Just 2 months ago we had the ’01 and it was thriving. At this point on the road, this wine is still tight and showing its oak but there’s fruit behind it waiting to pop – very nice for those with patience. Grown, produced and bottled in Sebastopol, 14.1% $109.99 at Traverso’s in January ’09 and $125 at Bottle Barn in July ’09 Kistler Vineyards<\/a><\/p>\n

Kanzler, Sonoma Coast, Pinot Noir 2006 <\/strong>There’s a pretty essence of floral and spice notes overlaying the cherries in the nose. In the mouth, the tannins around the fruit are ripe and accomanied by a little warmth. You probably tasted their grapes before in a wine from Kosta Browne. &B in Sebastopol 14.6% $47.99 at Bottle Barn Kanzler<\/a><\/p>\n
