This is certainly not as sweet as many wines that you might take with dessert. With its balance of acidity, this wine is not cloying. There&#8217;s a freshness to it and it&#8217;s actually quite youthful six years on. Think of pairing this with more lightly sweet treats for dessert, like fresh strawberries, simply as they are. The estate is certified biodynamique by Demeter and the grapes for this special dessert are all Chenin Blanc.
