P&amp;B in Termeno 13% $14.49 at Bottle Barn<br \/>\n<a title=\"Elena Walch\" href=\"http:\/\/www.elenawalch.com\" target=\"_blank\">Elena Walch<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>McManis Family Vineyards California Pinot Grigio 2006<\/strong><br \/>\nLast time out this wine showed vibrant grapefruit and high acid.  This time the wine is also showing some ripe tropical notes. The McManis property is located at the confluence of the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Rivers. P&amp;B in Ripon 12% $7.99 at Bottle Barn <a title=\"McManis\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mcmanisfamilyvineyards.com\" target=\"_blank\">McManis<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Domaine Zind Humbrecht Alsace Pinot Gris 2006<\/strong><br \/>\nMy notes on the &#8217;05 state:  perfection with richness, a little RS, balancing acidity and plenty of body. The 2006 tonight smells exotic:  spices wrapped up with stone fruits and minerality. The stone fruits are there to taste as well, in a rich wine made for Tarte Flambe. Later in August &#8217;08 a sense of the botrytis is emerging which adds to the complexity.
