In the mouth, the smells repeat with a touch of the richness of oak. This is a good value Pinot. The grapes are from vineyards in the Great Southern region of WA, in particular from Mount Barker and Denmark. Omrah is the second tier of wine for Plantagenet and the Pinot is just for export. The wine was aged in French oak, 20% of which was new.
