The mouth is quite crisp and the overall pungency is reminiscent of Kiwi Sauvignon &#8211; very nice. The only challenge is that the wine was a little corked, having a low level of TCA. Let&#8217;s hope for better on the next bottle. The grapes are 60% Colombard, 20% Ugni Blanc and 20% Gros Manseng. This appears to be a brand created for Eric Stauffenegger.
