Smells of coffee and smoky oak add complexity and the acid provides a nice frame to this silky 100% Syrah. Owner and Winemaker Roman Bratasiuk. Ripe tannins are filled-out by the density of flavor, including chocolate, that carries long after the final spit. This wine is 100% Shiraz from 90-year-old ungrafted vines.
