The wine is extremely soft and low in acidity with a touch of residual sugar. The grapes are 58% Shiraz and 42% Pinotage. V&amp;B by Swartland Winery in Malmesbury 13.5% $10 suggested retail, import sample<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sebeka, Western Cape, Cabernet Pinotage 2007 <\/strong>This blend accentuates more fruit and less oak than the Shiraz-Pinotage with some of the herbaceous notes that Cabernet can deliver. The mouth is similarly soft, fruity and a touch sweet. The grapes are 59% Cabernet Sauvignon and 41% Pinotage.
