The brett was a nice touch but too much for some. Also the mouth was laced with velvety tannins. Though obviously different vintages, the styling followed a similar taste profile for the 2003, with bottles gaining in their &#8216;brettiness&#8217; as the year went on. The estate is planted to 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.
