While I&#8217;m a fan of fruit too, I love the multitude of flavors in this wine. On average the grapes for the cuvee are 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier sourced from 30 different crus. The Pinot and Chardonnay are all grand and premier cru. In the cellar, 5-10% reserve wines are blended into the mix and the wines rest for at least 3 years after the secondary fermenation.
