When I uncorked this bottle, it did appear that the seal was not complete so this obviously went off prematurely. This is too bad given the great Aligote we had from this producer at Les Grands Jours in March. All Aligote from the appellation that made it famous, well almost famous. While an underdog to the star Chardonnay, we tasted some delicious Aligote this spring at Les Grands Jours.
