And there is no hint of the whopping alcohol within! I swear this wine gets better with every vintage. This is bottled with a synthetic cork. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>The previous vintages of this wine have been spot on with Viognier aromas and a similar soft low acid feel.<\/p>\n<p>Fermentation began in stainless and then the wine spent 3 mos in neutral fr oak; malolactic was avoided.
