Produced in McLaren Vale 13.5% $10.99 at Bottle Barn <a title=\"Woop Woop\" href=\"http:\/\/www.woopwoop.com.au\" target=\"_blank\">Woop Woop<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauvignon Republic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2007<\/strong><br \/>\nThis wine pulls no punches with its intense honoring of Sauvignon&#8217;s grassy side and the amplification of bell peppers. We recently tasted this bottling along with the Stellenbosch and the Russian River bottlings in the same flight.\u00a0 The Stellenbosch was also no slouch in its intensity though certainly less herbaceous. The Russian River was much more discreet and from the 2006 vintage.
