William Fevre Chablis Vaillons 2008

Domaine William Fevre, Chablis Premier Cru, Vaillons 2008 The nose combines flint and green apples. In the mouth the acidity is lively and the whole palate is alight with flavor – very nice and very long.

100% of the wine went through ML and somewhere between 40% to 60% of the wine was aged for almost 6 months in barrels of 4-5 years in age. Estate grown, produced and bottled in Chablis 12.5% $35.99 at Bottle Barn Fevre
