This winery is certainly one of the stars of the region. During my visit in August of 2007 the wines were outstanding across the board. This one oozes the essence of creme caramel, dried apricots and nuttiness while being balanced by ample acidity. 334 g/l sugar at harvest and 170 g/l residual sugar.
